Put it back in the skillet for a toast on each side after assembled and you might have a banger.

Hate to say this, but I’ve made this exact sandwich before and it’s so fucking good. Tuna x Kimchi = 🤤

Mackerel on sandwiches are actually rlly delicious. I tried mackerel sandwiches in Türkiye and I never really thought of such fish on a sandwich before that!

Kimchi is known for its spicy and fermented flavor, which can pair well with oily fish

Kimchi and oilfish, a classic combination. But, Janie Pawle II, I can imagine the smell. I think a little mocking is to be expected from housemates.

  21. I’ve made kimchi grilled cheese and kimchi breakfast sandwiches before. Also I’ve made kimchi stew with canned mackerel before so it could work. So, a sandwich like this has potential.
